Last meal of 2014 food post #1

Hey everyone I know the year is ending and you're either going out or staying home  with your family and having dinner like I am lol. Every year around the holidays my family and I cook a small meal and since I love cooking I decided to go ahead and just cook most of it. On the menu is stuffed fish this is one of my favorite dishes my mom used to make it when I was younger and I love it still I am also making  kale. I might be cooking a few more items later on and if I do I will add them to this post So let's get started.

Stuffed fish

Ingredients

whiting's fish filets  (I am using 10 because it's a pretty bit meal that I am making however you can determine the amount you need based on who's having the meal with you)  you can also use another kind of fish like tilapia or even chicken or pork.

Stove top stuffing in chicken flavor or whichever flavor you like or whatever brand stuffing you like

Garlic powder

Salt

McCormack’s fiesta lime seasoning

Butter

Directions

Clean your fish and then lay them out flat I used a cutting board and laid my fish out flat and then season the and the front and back of the fish with a sprinkle of salt , garlic powder and onion powder and lastly  fiesta lime seasoning  (which I really love on fish it just has a great tangy flavor).  Then  take  a table spoon full of stuffing and add it to the middle of the fish  and roll the fish downward or upward however you want.   then continue this same process for rest of the fish and  place it  in a pan. Then place  a slice of butter on top of each fish and put foil on top of the pan and then put in the oven on 350 degrees for an hour then take  the foil off and  put it back in the oven for 20 minutes to brown it and voila! It’s done.
